Step 1: Visit the official Ghana Immigration Service website and select the ‘Online passport application’ tab from the main screen.
Step 2: Register for a user account by following the on-screen instructions, filling in the details required and clicking the ‘sign up’ button.
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox, depending on the options you selected and the service provider.
Step 4: Login to your profile using the username and password, and select the ‘Apply for an online passport’ link.
Step 5: You must then fill the details of your application i.e name, date of birth, occupation, address, and other relevant fields.
Step 6: Attach a copy of your valid birth certificate and a copy of your national ID card.
Step 7: Upload your recent colour passport size photograph (2×2 inches) in JPEG file format with a white background.
